GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands — Led by Trey Townsend's 18 points, the Oakland Golden Grizzlies defeated the Loyola Marymount Lions 74-69 on Monday. The Golden Grizzlies are now 2-3 on the season, while the Lions moved to 2-3.
