About Andrew K. Kim
Andrew Kim was born and raised in South Korea. Came to the United States as a 14 years old teenager immigrant with parents. Landed in South Gate, California, in the aftermath of Watts Riot.
After graduating from South Gate High in 1978, Andrew Kim attended Claremont McKenna College where he majored in Political Science. He became a born again Christian while in college and went on to study law at Pepperdine School of Law.
While practicing law in Los Angeles, he attended Talbot School of Theology to study Christian Theology. After completing the Master of Theology program, he is also pursuing a doctorate from in religion and philosophy at Claremont Graduate School. Andrew was a candidate for Mayor of Los Angeles in 2022, running as a Republican.
